3/4/13 Workout

Yesterday's Workout:  2 mile run in 14:18.  Stretch.  10 Squats; 135lbs, 5 & 5 squats; 155lbs, 10 squats; 135lbs.  10 bench press 120lbs using dumb bells (60 per hand).  10 bench lifts each hand 60lbs.  8 bench press 120lbs, 10 bench lifts each hand 60lbs, 6 bench press 120lbs, 10 bench lifts each hand 60 lbs.  20 straight left lifts.  20 back extensions with 25lb weight.
